The MacDuffie Math Team finished second to Deerfield Academy in the Western Massachusetts Math League (WMML), winning an automatic birth to the state competition to be held in April. There are 23 teams in the WMML with all the other schools being substantially larger than MacDuffie.
Five meets are held during the season with all 23 teams competing.
MacDuffie beat Deerfield in two of the meets, placing first in the last meet to move up to second overall.
