GABBY SNYDER RECEIVES TECHNOLOGY AWARD
Gabby Snyder ’09 recently won the NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing! The award is from the National Center for Women and Information Technology and honors the accomplishments of high school girls in technology. Gabby has put a lot of time and effort into the robotics club at MacDuffie, as well as her own personal website. She will receive $500 in cash, a laptop computer, provided by Bank of America, an engraved award for herself and The MacDuffie School, as well as a trip, including airfare, to attend the Bank of America Technology Showcase and Awards Ceremony on March 7 in Charlotte, NC!
